Licensing

Overview

When you purchase a beat, sample pack, or download a free plugin from Ugi Musician, you receive a license to use it in your creative projects. The specific terms depend on the license type you selected at checkout.

License Types

Standard License (MP3)

• Use in unlimited musical projects
• Royalty-free — no need to credit or pay royalties
• Suitable for streaming, non-commercial releases, and demos
• Limits on total sales/streams may apply (see checkout for details)
• MP3 format (320 kbps)

Premium License (WAV)

• All Standard License rights, plus:
• Unlimited sales and streams
• Commercial use including radio, TV, film, and advertising
• High-quality WAV 24-bit format
• No additional royalties or fees

Exclusive License

• All Premium License rights, plus:
• The beat is removed from our store and will not be sold to anyone else
• You own the exclusive rights to the instrumental
• Tracked-out stems may be included upon agreement
• Contact us for pricing and availability

Free Plugins (Ash-Dist)

Ash-Dist and other free plugins are provided under a permissive license. You may:

• Use the plugin in your music productions (commercial or non-commercial)
• Share your music made with the plugin freely
• Not redistribute the plugin installer or modified versions without permission

What You Cannot Do

• Resell or redistribute the original audio files as standalone products
• Register the beat with a copyright office in your name (exclusive license required for this)
• Claim ownership of the instrumental itself
• Use the beat in a way that defames or harms Ugi Musician

Attribution

Attribution (credit) is appreciated but not required for paid licenses. If you credit, use: "Prod. by Ugi Musician" in your track description or credits.
