Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (beats, sample packs, and plugins), all sales are generally final. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.

2. When We Offer Refunds

We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues — The file you received is corrupted or unplayable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• Accidental duplicate purchase — You purchased the same item twice by mistake.
• Unauthorized purchase — A purchase was made without your consent.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@ugimusician.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

• The email address used at checkout
• The order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
• A brief explanation of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider (Polar.sh) and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Free Downloads & Plugins

Free products (including the Ash-Dist VST plugin) are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds. They are provided "as is."

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us for a refund, your access to downloads and future purchases may be suspended.
