  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Purchases are processed securely through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download your purchased files.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. License & Usage

When you purchase a beat or sample pack from Ugi Musician, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the audio in your own musical projects.

  • Standard/MP3 licenses typically allow for limited commercial use (streaming, non-monetized performances).
  • Premium/WAV and Exclusive licenses grant broader commercial rights including monetized distribution.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original audio files as standalone products.
  • Full licensing details are provided at checkout and in your purchase confirmation.

4. Free Downloads & VST Plugins

Free downloads (including the Ash-Dist VST plugin) are provided "as is" without warranty. You may use them freely in your projects. Redistribution of the original plugin installer or sample files is not permitted without permission.
